Baked Tofu Teriyaki
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (tamari / liquid aminos)
- 1 1/2 tbsp corn startch (arrowroot powder)
Optional
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
- Optional: Freeze tofu and that
- Cut tofu block: (L/W/H) 5x4x3
- Toss tofu in wet ingredients
- Add starch and toss again
- Spread evenly on bake sheet
- Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes
- Optional: Remove, toss in sauce, bake for additional 5 minutes
