Baked Tofu Teriyaki


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (tamari / liquid aminos)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp corn startch (arrowroot powder)

Optional

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Directions

  • Optional: Freeze tofu and that
  • Cut tofu block: (L/W/H) 5x4x3
  • Toss tofu in wet ingredients
  • Add starch and toss again
  • Spread evenly on bake sheet
  • Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes
  • Optional: Remove, toss in sauce, bake for additional 5 minutes
