1/3 cup / 65g = 1 serving
1/2 cup / 100g = 1 large serving
Ingredients
- 1 part dry lentils
- 2 parts water
Directions
- Add water and lentils to pot
- Heat to boil uncovered on high (about 3 minutes)
- Reduce heat to low
- Cover
- Cook 15 minutes for red / 20 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Leave uncovered for 10 minutes

- Remove beans that float to top
- Soak overnight in fridge
- Drain / Rinse

- Heat to boil
- Remove from heat, keep covered, let sit for 1 hour
- Drain / Rinse
