How to cook buckwheat

Buckwheat


Ingredients

  • 1 part dry buckwheat (buckwheat groats / kasha)
  • 2 parts water

Directions

  • Add water and buckwheat to pot
  • Heat to boil uncovered on high (about 3 minutes)
  • Reduce heat to low and cover
  • Cook for 10 minutes
