BBQ Sauce

Holds in the fridge for 2 months

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups ketchup
• 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 1/2 tbsp dry mustard
• 2 tsp papricka
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

Optional

• Liquid smoke
• Whiskey Bourbon
• Cayenne
• Garlic

Directions

• Blend all together
• Shake before use
