• 2/3 cup water
• 1 cup frozen berries
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 dates / 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp cardamon
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/8 tsp salt or no salt?
