Chocolate Coins


Ingredients

  • 4 parts Shredded Dark Chocolate
  • 1 part Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon

Optional

  • 1 part Coconut flakes
  • Nuts
  • Coconut Oil

Directions

  • Put ingredients in freeze bag with lock
  • Heat water in large pot until it is 118 degrees fahrenheit
  • Place bag into water.
  • Wait until temperature drops to 110 or until contents are melted.
  • Mix contents in bag by squeezing the bag until contents are mixed.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and/or rub coconut oil into forms (for easy removal).
  • Cut corner of bag and squeeze into forms.
  • Place a nut of your choice on the chocolate.
  • Put into fridge or freezer until hardens.
  • Remove chocolate from forms and place into bag.
  • Store in fridge.
