Chocolate Coins
Ingredients
- 4 parts Shredded Dark Chocolate
- 1 part Maple Syrup
- Cinnamon
Optional
- 1 part Coconut flakes
- Nuts
- Coconut Oil
Directions
- Put ingredients in freeze bag with lock
- Heat water in large pot until it is 118 degrees fahrenheit
- Place bag into water.
- Wait until temperature drops to 110 or until contents are melted.
- Mix contents in bag by squeezing the bag until contents are mixed.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and/or rub coconut oil into forms (for easy removal).
- Cut corner of bag and squeeze into forms.
- Place a nut of your choice on the chocolate.
- Put into fridge or freezer until hardens.
- Remove chocolate from forms and place into bag.
- Store in fridge.
