Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas (drained and rinsed )
- 1 cup water (one cans worth of water)
- 1-2 tbsp water (try 1, if too thick try 2)
- 1/4 cup tahini or sesame seeds (35g)
- 1/2 lemon or 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
Optional
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 jalepeno
Directions
- Put all ingredients in mixer
- Mix on High for 1 minute
