Daily Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (or rolled oats)
- 1 1/2 bananas
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk (or until 24 oz, soy milk preferable)
Directions
- Add all ingredients except ice into mixer
- Mix on High for 1 minute
