Daily Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup peanuts
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (or rolled oats)
  • 1 1/2 bananas
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk (or until 24 oz, soy milk preferable)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients except ice into mixer
  • Mix on High for 1 minute

This smoothie is a good daily smoothie to get extra:
