Protien Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- 1 1/2 bananas
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup milk (or until 24 oz)
Directions
- Add all ingredients except ice into mixer
- Mix on High for 30 seconds (1 minute for 2)
