Salt Water Rinse

Ingredients

• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1 mini spice jar
• 1 tbsp warm water ( 15ml )

Tips

• 1/8 tsp tumeric

Directions

• Combine all ingredients
• Add lid
• Shake until all salt is desolved
• Gargle and swish for 2 minutes
