Lentil Loaf


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked green/french lentils (3/4 cup dry 2x3/4 cup water)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (ground to flour)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (ground up)
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds (ground up)
  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp tamari sauce
  • ketchup
  • bbq sauce
  • 1 package Mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic

BBQ Sauce

    Optional

      Directions

      • Preheat oven to 350
      • Cook lentils
      • Saute vegetables
      • Mix all ingredients
      • Add mix into loaf form
      • Add ketchup and bbq sauce on top of form
      • Bake for 35 minutes
      • Remove and let cool before cutting
