Lentil Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked green/french lentils (3/4 cup dry 2x3/4 cup water)
- 1 cup rolled oats (ground to flour)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (ground up)
- 2 tbsp flax seeds (ground up)
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp tamari sauce
- ketchup
- bbq sauce
- 1 package Mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tsp sage
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
BBQ Sauce
Optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook lentils
- Saute vegetables
- Mix all ingredients
- Add mix into loaf form
- Add ketchup and bbq sauce on top of form
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Remove and let cool before cutting
