- 1/2 package of dry spiral noodles (8oz)
- 2 cups water / broth / sauce
- Heat to boil uncovered on medium
- Simmer uncovered for 8 minutes
Potato Style

- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can better than bullion
- 14.5 oz sauce mix
Protien
- Tofu (1 brick)
- Peas (2 cups)
- Chickpeas (1 can)
- Lentils (1 can)
- Nuts (1 cup)
- Mushrooms (1 package of sliced)
- Beyond Sausage (2 cups)
- Peanut Butter

- Nutritional Yeast
- Tomato Paste
- Miso paste
- Tahini
- Soy Sauce
- Vinegar
- Lemon Juice
- Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 package of dry spiral noodles (8oz)
- Vegan mozzeralla
- 1/4 onion
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp better than bullion
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp tahini
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp italian herb seasoning
Directions
- Heat cast iron on medium
- Add oil to cast iron
- Add protien
- Let protien brown for about 8 minutes
- Add onions and cook until translucent
- Add everything else except cheese
- Heat to boil uncovered on medium
- Simmer uncovered for 8 minutes
Baked Cheese
- Prehead oven to 450
- Add cheese
- Add uncovered into oven for 5 minutes
- Let sit for 5 minutes and serve
