Pasta Helper (spiral)

Skillet Meals (Cast iron / Steel)


Pasta Style

  • 1/2 package of dry spiral noodles (8oz)
  • 2 cups water / broth / sauce
  • Heat to boil uncovered on medium
  • Simmer uncovered for 8 minutes

Potato Style

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • Oven at 425 degrees
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Rice Style

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water / broth / sauce
  • Heat to simmer
  • Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes
  • Water / Broth / Sauce

    • 1 can coconut milk
    • 1 can tomatoes
    • 1 can better than bullion
    • 14.5 oz sauce mix

    Protien

    • Tofu (1 brick)
    • Peas (2 cups)
    • Chickpeas (1 can)
    • Lentils (1 can)
    • Nuts (1 cup)
    • Mushrooms (1 package of sliced)
    • Beyond Sausage (2 cups)
    • Peanut Butter

    Extra Flavors

    • Nutritional Yeast
    • Tomato Paste
    • Miso paste
    • Tahini
    • Soy Sauce
    • Vinegar
    • Lemon Juice
    • Peanut Butter
    • Maple Syrup
    • Mushroom Powder
    • Better Than Bouillion
    • Liquid Smoke
    • Wine
    • Beer

    Ingredients

    • 1 tsp oil
    • 1/2 package of dry spiral noodles (8oz)
    • Vegan mozzeralla
    • 1/4 onion
    • 1 can coconut milk
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 tsp better than bullion
    • 1 tsp thyme
    • 2 tsp tahini
    • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
    • 2 tsp italian herb seasoning

    Directions

    • Heat cast iron on medium
    • Add oil to cast iron
    • Add protien
    • Let protien brown for about 8 minutes
    • Add onions and cook until translucent
    • Add everything else except cheese
    • Heat to boil uncovered on medium
    • Simmer uncovered for 8 minutes

    Baked Cheese

    • Prehead oven to 450
    • Add cheese
    • Add uncovered into oven for 5 minutes
    • Let sit for 5 minutes and serve
