Breakfast Burrito
Makes 2
Ingredients
- vegetable oil
- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp chickpea flour or corn starch
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- Mozeralla
- Chedder
- green onion ( or chives )
- 1/2 carrot
Batter
Optional
- Put batter ingredients into a mixer and blend until smooth
- Add mixture to pan with oil
- Fry until brown on bottom
- Add cheese
- Fold over and fry until cheese is melted
