Dump and Bake
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 brick tofu
- 6 Field Roast sausage links (shredded)
- Tumeric
- Maple Syrup
- 2 large tortillas
Optional
- Vegan Mayonaise
- Chipotle hot sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Greens
- Liquid smoke
Directions
- Add coconut oil and water into pot
- Heat on medium and wait until steaming
- Add diced Yukon gold potato into pot
- Cover with lid and reduce heat to medium-low
- Cook potatoes for 5 minutes
- Add chopped carrots and cook for 10 more minutes
- Add diced onions, garlic, beans and stir in seasonings
- Add kale on top, cover and cook for 5 more minutes
- Mash everything together with a potato masher a few times
- Serve
