Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red lentils
- 1 cup water
- better than bullion
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- coriander seeds
- whole thyme
- Onion
- 1 garlic clove
Tadka
Whole seeds
Aromatics
Ground spices
Directions
- Put water in a saucepan
- Heat to boil
- Add lentils
- Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes
- Add better than bullion
- Stir
- Add tadka
- Stir
- Serve
