One Pot
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
Any 2
- 3 tbsp quinoa
- 3 tbsp lentils ( any color )
- 3 tbsp barley
- 3 tbsp rice
- 1/4 cup peas ( frozen )
- 1 potato
- 1/4 cup beans
- 1/4 cup chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tofu
- 2 tsp better than bullion
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Optional
- Carrots
- Dried shitaki
- Corn
- Add all ingredients except salt / bullion
- Heat to simmer on high
- Reduce to low and cover
- Simmer for 30 minutes
- Add salt / bullion
- Uncover and let cool for 5 minutes
