Overnight Oats


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oatmeal (rolled oats)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp pecans (or any nuts)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (or any fruit)
  • 1 1/4 cup milk (non dairy)

Optional

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Almonds
  • Hazelnuts
  • Pecans

Tips

  • Previous: 2/3 oat milk, 1 tsp chai seeds, changed to: 3/4 cups oat milk, 1 tablespoon chai seeds
  • Try: 3/4 oat milk, 1 teaspoon chai seeds
  • Try: 3/4 oat milk, 1 tablespoon chai seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Apples + Pecans + Cinnanamon
  • Strawberry + Sliced Almonds
  • Peanut butter + Berries
  • Pineapple, coconut, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Bananas
  • 1:1 Liquid to oats ratio
  • 4:1 Liquid to chia seed ratio
  • Make with cold brew coffee to have breakfast and coffee ready in the morning
  • Put all the ingredients in jar except for water and then freeze for meal prep

Directions

  • Add yogurt mason jar
  • Add add all dry ingredients
  • Add all other ingredients
  • Put lid on and store in fridge
  • Let sit for 8 hrs
  • Stir together
