Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oatmeal (rolled oats)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pecans (or any nuts)
- 1/4 cup strawberries (or any fruit)
- 1 1/4 cup milk (non dairy)

- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Almonds
- Hazelnuts
- Pecans
Tips
- Previous: 2/3 oat milk, 1 tsp chai seeds, changed to: 3/4 cups oat milk, 1 tablespoon chai seeds
- Try: 3/4 oat milk, 1 teaspoon chai seeds
- Try: 3/4 oat milk, 1 tablespoon chai seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Apples + Pecans + Cinnanamon
- Strawberry + Sliced Almonds
- Peanut butter + Berries
- Pineapple, coconut, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Bananas
- 1:1 Liquid to oats ratio
- 4:1 Liquid to chia seed ratio
- Make with cold brew coffee to have breakfast and coffee ready in the morning
- Put all the ingredients in jar except for water and then freeze for meal prep
Directions
- Add yogurt mason jar
- Add add all dry ingredients
- Add all other ingredients
- Put lid on and store in fridge
- Let sit for 8 hrs
- Stir together
