Chickpea Tomato
Ingredients
- 1 can tomatoes (Sprouts)
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp broth
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Optional
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Directions
- Add everything into a pot
- Heat on medium until simmer
- Simmer on low for 7 minutes
- Let sit for 10 minutes
- Eat
